NyTek™ 1200 CF - Carbon-Filled SLS Material

Solid Concepts continues to offer the very best in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) products. Exceptional feature detail coupled with high durability and long term stability make SLS an excellent choice for producing both functional prototypes and production parts without the expense of tooling.

Our proprietary NyTek™ 1200 CF, a carbon fiber filled SLS material, is well received for its aesthetic black appearance and is ideal for applications requiring superior stiffness and high heat deflection temperatures (HDT). NyTek 1200 CF offers maximum performance properties and an extremely high SLS strength to weight ratio.

NyTek 1200 CF is well suited for underhood components and aerodynamic parts, as well as numerous other aerospace, automotive, military and medical applications. Our carbon filled SLS material is often the first choice for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) due to its low overall cost of fabrication, ability to reduce weight, rapid manufacturing and strong physical properties.

Nylon 12 AF - Aluminum-filled SLS Material

The Fluid Separation Stator featured to the left is a made from our Nylon 12 AF, an aluminum filled SLS material. Nylon 12 AF is superlative for applications requiring superior surface finish such as wind tunnel models and aerodynamic parts. With improved heat deflection temperature (HDT), superior stiffness, good wear resistance and excellent surface finish for high detail reproduction, Nylon 12 AF is an excellent choice for presentation models.
